Character stuck in combat Cannot do anything since the character is stuck in battle To remove yourself from combat, we recommend the following: Use any class abilities which force you out of combat.

1. You get into combat for healing if the target is in combat or has the combat bug. Same goes for buffing. Alt + F4 and restart indeed is the best solution to clear it. So in order to fully clear combat bug in groups, everybody has to restart the game OR the origin of the combat bug must be killed if possible.
2. Same bug hear, trying to get pet achievements is now impossible because I cant do anything without getting stuck in combat forever, Only way to drop is to suicide or hearth. Please fix this unplayable.

I went on a taming spree to bulk up my new hunter's stables on the PTR, and I've noticed a mildly annoying bug: directly after the tame, it appears that I get stuck in combat for a few minutes, after which it flickers in and out every few seconds. The pets I've tamed were not chasing critters, and while one has an AoE that could pull something I didn't see him cast it - and more importantly, nothing was attacking us at all. The only thing I can think of is that I pulled them with tame beast into a trap instead of trapping first, and that might have locked them into combat..or some invisible mob causing trouble.
For now, the effect goes away if I dismiss the pet, but it returns whenever I call them back. Not a giant issue for now, but irritating nonetheless.
The pets in question so far are a Winterspring frostsaber(white with black stripes) and Emberwing, although I don't think it's a mob-specific issue. Is this happening for anyone else?
