If you are a fan of MainStage (now with awesome Alchemy synth included for $30) and want to use it with Studio One then it's possible, just follow this simple steps.
1. Set Up Your Audio And MIDI

For Studio One to send MIDI to MainStage then you need to set-up the IAC Driver in your Audio Midi set-up on your Mac. Audio Midi is the application that OS X uses to control all audio and MIDI in the background. Infinite warfare elemental upgrades ps4.
The IAC Driver can be found by opening the Audio MIDI application and then opening MIDI Studio (CMD 2). Double click on the icon that says IAC Driver. If it is set up then it should look like this.
Next open the Audio Devices (CMD 1) and set up an Aggregate Device. An aggregate device enables more than one audio interface to work at the same time. In my case I'm using the Apogee Ensemble. You'll also need to download and install Soundflower, a free application that enables inter-app audio to pass. Once installed it should appear in your audio drivers list.
Your aggregate device needs to consist of your regular audio interface and Soundflower 2 Channel, you add devices by ticking the check box.
2. Set Up MainStage Audio And MIDI
Go into the Audio Preferences of MainStage and choose Soundflower 2 channel as your output. MIDI should be set automatically via the Audio MIDI app.
3. Set Up Studio One
Go into Studio One and Preferences External Devices and add a new keyboard. Double click to edit it and change the Send To option to IAC Driver Bus 1.
Go to the Audio Setup and make sure you have chosen Aggregate Device as your audio interface to use in the session.
Open MainStage and choose a sound.
4. Set Up The Session
Create 2 new tracks, an instrument track for the MIDI and a stereo audio track for the audio to come back from MainStage into Studio One.
Also make sure you have gone into the I/O settings and added a stereo input from Soundflower, it shod show up as the the last pair of inputs on the Aggregate device.

The instrument track should be sending MIDI to IAC1 and the audio track should be routed to have the new stereo pair from Soundflower coming in.
Put both channels into input monitoring.
One tip, conventional wisdom would think that low buffer settings would reduce latency, in my tests low buffer settings did not but created issues that were not present with higher buffer settings.
